Another Canadian Connection with Warcop Westmoreland

OK – not a direct connection but Agnes Banting’s uncle, Thomas Abram, i.e her mum’s brother has an interesting headstone in Warcop Church Westmoreland

It reads:

‘for some time of residence near Toronto Upper Canada in America’

He is also reported to have left property in his will there.

I leave that up to you guys to sort out, more clues maybe…..
