Was there a family connection between James Banting of King St and William Banting of St James?

This is just an initial fun try out to give everyone a street view of places where Bantings went about their daily lives. To start with I am going to try and embed a Google custom map, see what you can do with it.

The map shows a relationship between the James Banting , whose will of 1822 appeared in an earlier post but I do not know where he fits in the Banting trees and William Banting, famous undertaker.

The interesting information from the will, was his address, King St, as you can see,it is just around the corner from William, whose business was operating in St James St.

They were contemporaries, they must have been aware of each other, were they the same family?
